Pricing & Financing

Clear Pricing Guidance.
Thoughtful Planning.

Insurance does not cover elective procedures, so planning the financial side of your surgery early makes the whole process calmer. Below is what shapes the cost of a procedure, what our facial surgery investment ranges look like, and the financing options available to patients throughout Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, North Atlanta, and the greater Atlanta area.

Before You Visit

Planning Your Consultation

A private consultation with Dr. Stephenson is $225 and includes a full hour for a physical examination, discussion of your goals, time for your questions, and a written quote for the proposed procedure. If you proceed with surgery, the consultation fee is applied to your surgical balance.

Pricing Philosophy

What Shapes the Cost of a Procedure

Surgeon’s Fee

Dr. Stephenson’s time, surgical judgment, and the operative plan built around your anatomy.

Facility & Operating Room

Accredited operating room, surgical staff before and after the procedure, instruments, and disposables.

Anesthesia

Your anesthesia provider’s time and expertise, monitoring, and all related medications.

Recovery & Follow-Up

Peri-operative medications, compression garments, pain control, and your follow-up appointments.

Where Your Priority Should Sit

Cost matters, but it should not be the first question. The most important decision you will make is the surgeon — not the figure.

  • Choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with substantial experience and documented results, rather than a physician from another specialty who also performs cosmetic procedures.
  • Choose someone you are genuinely comfortable with, and whose plan for your procedure you understand and agree with.
  • Make sure your surgeon understands your goals and tells you honestly whether they are realistic and attainable.
  • Confirm your surgery will be performed in a properly credentialed operating room.
  • Ask whether high-quality products from reputable manufacturers — implants, for example — are being used.

A note on unusually low pricing

Be cautious of pricing set well below regional averages, and of bargain or “deal of the day” offers for surgery. Be certain any quote you receive is transparent, itemized, and free of hidden fees. Medical services in Georgia are not taxed, so no additional tax is applied to your quote.

Financing Options

Making Your Procedure Achievable

ESJ Aesthetics accepts all major credit cards and works with independent financing partners who specialize in aesthetic care. Checking your options may not affect your credit score, depending on the financing provider and application type. Please review each lender’s terms before applying.

Cherry

Flexible monthly payment plans for aesthetic procedures, with a quick online application.

CareCredit

A long-standing health and wellness credit card, widely accepted, with financing terms set by the lender.

PatientFi

Monthly plans built specifically for elective aesthetic procedures, with a simple online application.

Selected Body Contouring

Body Contouring Pricing

Dr. Stephenson offers two body procedures alongside his facial surgery practice. Both are planned individually, so the figure below is a starting point rather than a quote.

Mommy Makeover

Starting at $17,775

A combination of procedures planned around your goals after pregnancy and life changes. Mommy makeovers are customizable, so the final figure varies considerably with which procedures are included in the surgery.

Gynecomastia Surgery

Quoted at consultation

Male chest contouring to create a flatter, firmer contour. Pricing depends on the technique and the extent of correction required.

As above, any figure shown is a starting estimate and is subject to change. Following your consultation with Dr. Stephenson, our Patient Coordinator will prepare a written quote covering the full surgical plan. Financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and PatientFi applies to these procedures as well.

Common Questions

Pricing & Financing FAQs

Does insurance cover cosmetic surgery?

No. Elective cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance, which is why we encourage planning the financial side early. Certain functional procedures may be treated differently — ask during your consultation.

How do I get an exact price for my procedure?

After your consultation with Dr. Stephenson, our Patient Coordinator prepares a written quote based on the specific plan agreed with you. The figures on this page are starting points, not personal quotes.

What is included in the price I am quoted?

Quotes are all-inclusive: the surgeon’s fee, the operating room and surgical staff, anesthesia, peri-operative medications and garments, and your follow-up appointments.

Is sales tax added to my quote?

No. Medical services are not taxed in Georgia, so no additional tax is applied.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and work with Cherry, CareCredit, and PatientFi. Each offers a quick online application, and checking your options does not affect your credit.

Why is in-office surgery less expensive?

Procedures performed in our in-office suite under oral sedation avoid hospital or surgery center facility fees and general anesthesia costs. Dr. Stephenson will advise whether your procedure is suited to this setting.

Should I choose a surgeon based on price?

We would encourage you not to. Board certification, experience, documented results, and a properly credentialed operating room matter far more than the difference between two quotes.
